1. Agreement Acceptance
By using our site (shipatlas.com) or services, you agree to these Terms. If representing an organization, you warrant your authority to bind it.

2. Services Offered
We provide freight transportation via flatbed & step‑deck trailers across the U.S. Services include pickup, delivery, tracking, logistics support, and compliance with FMCSA regulations.

3. Quotes & Payments
Quotes are estimates and may vary based on weight, distance, fuel, etc. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur interest at the maximum rate permitted.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipment details, package items properly, ensure compliance with laws (e.g. weight restrictions), and grant timely loading access.

5. Liability & Insurance
We carry insurance of at least $1,000,000 for property. Liability for loss/damage is limited to actual invoice value or repair cost, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Claims & Disputes
Claims for damage or loss must be filed in writing within 5 business days of delivery. All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in Cook County, Illinois.

7. Termination
We may terminate service for non-payment, misuse, or at our discretion, with notice. Client may cancel pre-scheduled shipments subject to our cancellation policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and trademarks are owned by Atlas Freight INC. You may not use them without permission.

9. Privacy
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Illinois law.

12. Amendments
We may update Terms—changes become effective when posted. Continued use implies acceptance.

13. Miscellaneous
If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains effective. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Atlas Freight INC.
